Germany ... a homeowner destroys it on top of a tenant

The owner of a house in the German town of Gerolsteiner demolished part of his house with the excavator while the tenant was still inside and nearly killed him.
The "Deutsche Welle" website quoted local police as saying that the tenant was in the house at the time of the accident, but he survived and was not harmed.
For its part, the police published a picture of the house showing one of its external walls that was partially destroyed with a large hole in the roof, announcing that they had launched an investigation into the accident.
