الطموح وقود النجاح والنجاح لذة الحياة أمّا الكسل والتقاعس فهما العائقان اللذان يقفان بين الإنسان وبين هذه اللذة لذا على الإنسان أن يحاربهما وأن يقرر تطوير ذاته ومهاراته وأن يخلص في أداء عمله حتى يسمو بنفسه ومجتمعه ويحقق الغاية التي أوجدنا الله من أجلها في الأرض.
بالطبع هناك اختلاف كبير بين بيئة العمل بين البلاد والمجتمعات المختلفة ويجب أن تفكر أيضا في بيئة العمل التي تناسبك وتفضلها ويمكن أن تعرف أكثر عن بيئة العمل سواء في بلدك الأم أو البلد التي تلقيت فيها
تعليمك من خلال سؤال من هم أكثر منك خبرة ومن سبقوك في العمل في المجتمعين ويجب أن تحدد من إجابات ذوي الخبرة هؤلاء الأنسب لك لتتبعه وتضعه في ذهنك قبل أن تختار وجهتك القادمة.
وعندما تفكر في العمل يجب أن تفكر في التطور والنجاح فهما العاملان الأساسيان لضمان العمل الكثير والمربح ولتحقيق الذات في المجال الذي درسته أيًا كان شكله ونوعه وكل سوق عمل يختلف عن الآخر في هذه النقطة
ولذلك يجب أن تفكر في البلد والمكان الذي يمكنك أن تحقق فيه ذلك بشكل سريع وفعال، وأن تختار بيئة العمل التي ستتيح لك ذلك لأن النجاح لا يتوقف عند نقطة معينة، فقط اختر ما يستمر نجاحك وتطورك فيه وضع هذه النقطة دائمًا في حساباتك أثناء الاختيار.
جميعنا يجب أن نبحث عن النجاح فنحن خلقنا في هذه الحياة لأهداف يجب علينا أن نسمو ونثابر لنحقق النجاح في جميع مجالات حياتنا فما معنى الحياة اذا خلت من النجاح فالنجاح يشعرك بأهميّة وجودك في هذه الحياة أو في عملك وحتى أسرتك فأنت بنجاحك تثبت نفسك للجميع .
